1. Who we are
Kursoo is a business-to-business cloud software service (B2B SaaS). The company is based in Baku, Azerbaijan, and operates the websites kursoo.app and kursoo.az.
The service is software for learning centers and schools: scheduling, student records, staff tools and the center’s own administration. Kursoo sells that software to the learning center. Kursoo does not collect tuition, course fees or other education payments from parents or students.
2. The agreement
These terms govern access to the Kursoo subscription. By creating an account, starting a trial or paying for a plan, the customer confirms that they represent a learning center or other organization and that they accept these terms.
Plans are Basic, Business and Empire. Each plan has a published limit for students, branches and other included quotas. A 14-day trial is available without a charge.
3. Subscription and payment
International subscription payments (USD, EUR and TRY) are securely processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Prices shown on kursoo.app are the prices for the software subscription.
Payments in AZN on kursoo.az use the local payment method (card or wallet) and are not processed by Paddle. The customer can cancel a paid subscription at any time from the account subscription page. Access continues until the end of the period that has already been paid.
4. Acceptable use
The customer may use Kursoo only to operate their own learning center. The customer is responsible for the data they enter, for keeping login details private, and for having a lawful basis to store information about their students and staff.
5. Availability
The service is provided as software that we operate and maintain. We work to keep it available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted. Our liability for the software subscription is limited to the fees paid for the current billing period, except where the law does not allow that limit.
